MEMPHIS, Tennessee

Commercial appeal (http://bit.ly/HW79tt) reported an overall financial outlook for the next fiscal year is positive.

County Mayor Mark Luttrell says Administration $ 1.2 billion budget does not call for LAID OFF employees or property tax hike. It also contains a 1 percent increase in pay for workers of the county.

View county is in sharp contrast to Memphis ‘ budget woes. City Mayor A C Wharton request property tax increase to pay for 47-cent mandated by a court school funding.

Luttrell was recognized, though, that the merger of the city and County schools in the fall of 2013 would raise the county’s financial responsibility for education.

This is large enough to have the Bill named after you, especially if you are not a member of Congress. However, with a bit of luck, this Bill really will soon become a law of the land.

Of course, I am talking about the rules of Buffett, called the Oracle of Omaha himself. It all started in a one-on-one meeting in the Oval Office, when Warren Buffett tell President Obama how crazy these days is the tax code. Billionaire, Buffett told Obama, I really pay income levels lower than my Secretary. And that’s not fair!

Equally outraged, Obama started talking about Buffett’s Secretary as a textbook case of inequality of income needed improvements to Congress. And now the actual Bill, introduced by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island and is based on the simple premise that there are no millionaires or billionaires should pay lower income levels than people who cut hair, drives his car or his mows lawn. The legislation would require the individual reporting Whitehouse one million dollars in revenue to pay the minimum tax rate of 30 percent–only slightly higher than what most middle-income families pay.

And they’re millionaires have been doing quite well, thank you. According to IRS data analysis by economists Thomas Piketty and Emmanuel Saez, two-thirds of the nation’s total income gains from 2002 to 2007 flowing to the top 1 percent of U.S. households. Since 1979, in fact, after tax income of the average of the top 1 per cent has increased almost 400 percent. Middle class Americans, meanwhile, saw their incomes rise only 40 percent.

And it’s the top 1 percent usually pay only 15 percent to 18 percent in taxes–while middle-class families pay an average of 25 percent. Whitehouse Bill will need to pay a minimum of the millionaire 30 percent.

Personal Computer have changed the people life. And every person have a PC in their home in a normal family. And my opinion every one need a PC. But due the the huge amount of use of the energy due to the Computer in huge sector, the energy consumed is growing day by day. And there must be some solution to this problem. If the huge computer can be made to work in low power available then we can managed the energy saving and bring a revolution in the world.

After some research we found that green pc has been introduced by some people around the world and has been a great success. It has a saying that its energy costs reduced 60% of the current energy consumption. So a Low Power PC can be a great revolution for the people and countries.

Its not just about the power consumption, but they are also the cheapest found on market. If people are really concious about the energy and the money then, I suggest people surely should get a one. I have order a piece for myself, as every good things should be started from ownself.

Save energy, Save world – Go green.

Every major intersection in the post-war debate about banking, Dimon has stepped up with the perfect statement describing the tactless vacuity and moral corruption is industries. This week is no exception.

Dimon’s own bank is a perfect case study in case of corrupted Wall Street ethics. Bankers have been able to break the law and walk away by agreeing to settlements where their shareholders, not them, pay the penalty for their error.

A Google search of the word “JPMorgan Chase settles” produces nearly two million hits. Narrow it down to those events recently and you get stuff like this:

The latter was the case especially disgusting “stated that military veterans and gullible taxpayers of millions of dollars by hiding illegal fees in veterans ‘ home mortgage refinancing transactions and then looking to put together a Government loan guarantee void.”

That’s a lot of activity since our last review of criminal record JPMorgan’s at the end of 2010. JPM’s history back then including a settlement in which it had to sacrifice the three quarters of a billion dollars in fines and costs after the anticipated public officials in bribery (now bankrupt), Jefferson County, Alabama also includes $ 25 million fine for selling securities that are not registered in Florida, several whistleblowers complaints and allegations about currency manipulation.

Military families are not surprised when they heard about the financial struggle faced by Staff Sgt. Robert bal, his wife and children at home. This is part of their lives, too.

They say money matters can never justify doing what the military says Bal do: kill 17 civilians in the night of the shooting rampage through the two villages of Afghanistan on March 11. However, details surfaced about his life serving as a reminder of the hardship they endure stand out more than a decade of war.

“Stress factors with family is just amazing,” said Roger j. Mealey, a Viet Nam veteran who runs a website to help military families struggling.

While legislation provides an active-duty Army pay extra combat, providing housing allowances and free them from taxes, experts say, the family was tiring under several deployments, frequent Relocations and couples have difficulty in getting and keeping jobs in the new towns.

2010 Military survey found that 27 percent of service members say they have more than $ 10,000 in credit card debt, while 16 percent civilians. This study also found more than a third of the military families having trouble paying the monthly bills, and more than 20 percent reported borrow money out of the bank.

The top U.S. and NATO commander in Afghanistan, U.S. Marine Corps General John Allen, said coalition forces stay on the line to deny al-Qaida safe haven in the country, despite recent setbacks.

Allen testified Tuesday before a panel of the House Armed Services Committee, lawmakers who disagree over the pace of U.s. withdrawal from Afghanistan.

It was the first appearance before the panel and Allen for u.s. soldiers allegedly shot and killed 4 Afghan village on March 11. Allen’s testimony also follows violent protests that erupted last month after accidentally burning Korans from us air base. A US Commander told the lawmakers the 32 Afghans were killed in the riots.

Allen says that in any situation of counter-insurgency, there will be success and setbacks-often at the same time and in the same space. But he said that the relationship between Coalition forces and the Afghan national army remained strong.

“I believe the campaign is on track,” said Allen. “We are making a difference. I know this and our troops know this.

Allen said morale among us troops is high, though what he termed a “heart-wrenching” to recent events.

“These Forces are focused on the mission,” he said. “Ten years into this conflict, they are professional as we have ever seen.”

The Committee’s Chairman, Rep. Howard “Buck” McKeon, California Republican, called the incident in which a U.s. Army staff Sergeant allegedly taking arms against Afghan civilians last week the criminal actions that are isolated and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. But, he said, this and other events are not representative of the commitment of u.s. forces.

“This extraordinary Incident does not reflect the hundreds of thousands of troops United States airmen, sailors, and Marines who have served honorably in Afghanistan,” said McKeon. “They also do not reflect the many thousands of Afghan national army is being trained and helped to secure Afghanistan today.”

McKeon said he was disturbed by President Barack Obama’s decision to withdraw u.s. forces from Afghanistan, saying it might interfere with the President’s own strategy.

The top Democrat on the Committee, Rep. Adam Smith of Washington state, said the point of the President’s strategy to transfer the responsibility of providing security from the coalition forces to the Afghan National Army.

“We simply cannot say, ‘ well, we’re not going away, we are going to stay because we are afraid, because if people think we’re going to leave, it is, therefore, giving them the advantage, ‘” said Smith. “The truth is this also gives them the advantage, if we leave in the minds of the Afghan people that we’re never going to leave.”

Smith says that America wanted to see us troops went home, and that they want the Afghans must take responsibility for their own security and their own Government.

General Allen’s testimony came at a time when some members of the Parliament-the Democratic-Republicans and the say that the financial and human costs of the war in Afghanistan is too high.

White House spokesman Jay Carney said Tuesday that he could not give numbers on the speed of the U.S. withdrawal. Carney says although Afghanistan will become a topic of intense discussion at the NATO Summit next month in Chicago, people should not expect the new announcement about the withdrawal of troops.

The suspect, identified as Staff Sergeant Robert bal, was held alone in a cell in a maximum security prison in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas
